WHAT'S IN A NAME?

Inspired by
someone special.

In Hiligaynon, balay means “home.” And Bali was the affectionate shortening of Balinday, the nickname of a grandmother named Emma.

She was remembered for her kindness, her cheerful spirit, and the way she made people feel welcome. Balay Bali is a tribute to that generous kind of hospitality.

Here, quiet luxury and heartfelt hospitality belong together.

Tell us your preferred dates and the type of stay you have in mind. This creates an email draft on your device; you must send it to contact Balay Bali. No automatic bookings or online payments are accepted; Stay dates shown as available may be requested, subject to confirmation.

Up to four extra day visitors are free when approved; 9 AM–10 PM within the confirmed stay. A larger gathering needs separate review. No visitor is approved automatically.

Check-in 3 PM / Check-out 11 AM · Up to 6 overnight guests · Up to 4 complimentary approved day visitors, 9 AM–10 PM within booked stay; no standard fee for approved small celebrations (agreed extras may cost more) · No pets or smoking · Pool planned for 24-hour access, quiet after 10 PM · Standard cleaning included · No separate security deposit · One complimentary date change at least 7 days before original check-in, subject to availability; cheaper dates receive the price difference as a refund, higher dates require payment of the difference; once confirmed, new check-in determines cancellation deadlines · 24-hour grace period after written overdue-balance reminder; cancellation only after a separate written notice, applying the agreed refund schedule when lawful · Paid no-shows remain reserved until scheduled checkout unless formally cancelled · Future direct bookings: 50% deposit for stays booked at least 7 days ahead; full payment if booked less than 7 days before check-in.
